With over 8 years of construction experience in the United States, Pedro brings a combination of hands-on field knowledge, operational leadership, and a people-first mindset that helps every project move forward with confidence.

Originally from Brazil, Pedro began his professional path early, entering university at 16 and earning his Law degree by 21. Before moving to the United States, he had already developed leadership experience by overseeing operations involving more than 100 people. That foundation helped shape one of the values that still guides his work today: successful projects are built by strong teams and trust between people.
When he moved to the United States at 22, Pedro chose to start from the ground up. He entered the construction industry and quickly developed deep experience in flooring, bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, tile installation, cabinetry, and full renovation work.
Today, he is one of the leaders behind Adval Construction’s operations and project execution.
Pedro spent more than four years working in high-volume flooring production, completing an average of three homes per week. During that time, he developed the ability to manage crews, solve on-site issues, work under pressure, and deliver quality results consistently.
His background includes projects completed for major companies such as Home Depot and Empire Today, giving him experience in both fast-paced production environments and customer-focused residential work.
As his expertise expanded, Pedro moved into bathroom remodeling, tile installation, cabinet installation, kitchen remodeling, full residential renovations, team coordination and operations management.
This broad experience allows him to understand both the technical and operational side of each project.
As Co-Founder & Operations Director, Pedro plays a central role in keeping projects organized, teams aligned, and quality standards high.
Since joining Adval Construction, he has helped coordinate and execute more than 500 projects, contributing directly to the company’s reputation for reliable service and high-quality workmanship.
His responsibilities include: overseeing day-to-day operation, supporting project execution, organizing and managing crews, improving internal systems and workflows, maintaining quality control, helping ensure projects are completed efficiently and professionally
