Andy Fernandes brings a people-first approach that defines the client experience at Adval Construction.
Before entering construction, Andy built his career in a highly competitive environment with Home Depot Installation (HDI), where he earned recognition as a Top Sales Consultant for three consecutive years:

Co-Founder & Operations Director
Pedro Nascimento leads operations with a strong focus on team coordination, efficiency, and project execution.
With over 8 years of construction experience in the United States and involvement in more than 1,000 projects, Pedro has helped coordinate and execute over 500 projects at Adval Construction alone.
His background combines hands-on field experience with leadership, allowing him to organize teams, solve problems in real time, and ensure that every project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Pedro believes in one core principle: No project is left unfinished.
His commitment to accountability, consistency, and quality ensures that every client receives a reliable and professional experience.
Co-Founder & Project Director
Alan Stubbs is the force behind every project that leaves Adval Construction’s hands — ensuring that what was promised to the client is exactly what gets delivered.
As Co-Founder and Project Director, Alan oversees the full execution cycle of every remodel: from initial planning and material sourcing to installation, quality control, and final delivery. His role is to make sure no detail is overlooked and no deadline is missed.
Alan brings a hands-on approach to project management that comes from years working directly in the field. He understands both the technical and human sides of construction — what it takes to build something right, and what it takes to make a client feel confident throughout the process.
